Happy Valentine’s weekend to all who celebrate. I always make sure to stick a thoughtful card in the mail for those who have lost their spouse. It’s a fun holiday for the kids, but can be difficult for many. After a much needed digital cleansing (photos, apps, emails), I am being intentional with the brands I receive promotional emails from. Eileen Fisher’s are excellent and always provide inspiration for what I want to wear next. My son and I have a weekly tradition of going to our local library. It’s become sacrosanct — we’ve never missed a week. Happy weekend to you and yours.

Heaven Mayhem has launched a micro version of my favorite earrings and I cannot wait to get my hands on them. I did not read nearly as much as I would have liked last year. I’ve started carrying my kindle as much as I carry my cell phone; I’d rather read during pockets of time instead of mindless scrolling. Heart the Lover was excellent – no wonder it’s on all of the ‘Best Book’ lists. Gypsophila (baby’s breath) is my favorite flower and I’ve taken to displaying them in every room for an instant mood booster. Have a great weekend!

Happy weekend to all! It remains mid-seventies in New England, so my blouses (with the sleeves rolled up) and flip flops are still in heavy rotation. I enjoyed Elin Kling’s behind the scenes of Toteme at NYFW – she inspired me to pull out my Oliver Peoples x The Row BA CC sunglasses that have been tucked away for quite a while. I have a stack of books on my nightstand but nothing seems to be keeping my attention. Any suggestions? Have a great one with you and yours!

A weekend full of celebrating my birthday with my little family. I’m attempting to keep up with NYFW festivities and am excited for the Maria McManus, Khaite, COS and Toteme shows. Here’s to another trip around the sun!

The Row’s ‘To Go’ bag is “streamlined and simple” and would be a practical every day tote. I’m moving slow these days and have been getting in bed early with a book. A recent favorite read is Wild Dark Shore; I can’t stop thinking about it. Boat shoes are still on my radar and I’ve heard good things about this pair – a nice way to try the style without breaking the bank.

I’m a put-pen-to-paper person in this digital age. I’ve tried many planners in my day and this casebound one has been working out well – I love the blank righthand page for notes, to do lists and reminders. I’m on my third Five Minute Journal and highly recommend it to everyone. Parker Thatch is releasing their beloved Jack bag in black soon and I cannot wait to get my hands on it (seen here on Olivia Villanti of Chava Studio). Not a day goes by where I don’t use Eadem’s le chouchou lip softening balm. The buildable color is great and it really lasts throughout the day. I’m making more of an effort to have fresh flowers around the house; it helps while we (not-so-patiently) await the springlike temperatures. I had the pleasure of meeting Babs Costello this week and highly recommend everyone check out her latest cookbook.

I’ve started a new habit of winding down with a cup of tea out of these chunky diner mugs before bed. I made the switch to dark fall nails this week; three coats of OPI’s Malaga Wine is exactly what I was looking for. We recently binged The Perfect Couple and I highly recommend it. Happy weekend!

This hat is still going strong and you can find me in it most weekends. The Row has such a beautiful ability to combine the structure and softness that I look for in my handbags. I’ve read some great books lately and I recommend The Wedding People and Husbands and Lovers. Have a wonderful weekend.

In Vogue: The 90s premieres on Hulu today and I’m excited to tune in. I recently added a physical pinboard to my home office and it’s been a joy to hang little mementos. We have plans to stroll around the city this weekend and there’s nothing quite like New York in September. Have a great weekend with yours!
