It’s such a good feeling to find inspiration accounts that perfectly exude your personal style. This is how I feel about @interiorjems and have spent far too long on her page. I’ve replaced a few light fixtures, swapped out some decor and am tweaking every corner of our home. I never got around to deciding on a new duffle and the Longchamp weekender keeps catching my eye. It’s durable, lightweight, and chic in it’s simplicity. Happy first NFL Sunday to all who celebrate!

The way the holiday falls this year, most of us have a nice four-day weekend to celebrate the Fourth. We have plans on the lake, some pool time and barbecues with loved ones. This Ralph Lauren sweater seems to be everywhere this year and it will definitely stand the test of time. I’ve heard good things about this alternative. Enjoy!

I hope everyone is staying cool during this immense heatwave in the United States. I’ve been keeping a button down nearby, as I find them to be loose and comfortable during these sticky days. I’m heading to visit my best friend this weekend. Boy, do I miss the days of us living in the same city. Have a great one with you and yours!

A weekend for the dads! Coincidentally, my dad’s milestone birthday falls on Father’s Day weekend. I’m in charge of the charcuterie (giving these numbers a try) and the polaroid guest book. Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, the not yet dads, the stepdads, the moms who are dad, the adoptive dads, the grandads, and the dads who are no longer with us.

The first weekend of June is shaping up to be a good one. We are hosting a simple barbecue with loved ones and attending a family pool party. My straw hat recently crumbled and I’m on the hunt for a new one. Have a wonderful weekend with you and yours!

This weekend will be spent celebrating the life of a beloved family member we recently lost. I am thankful for all of the good memories, the quality time spent with family, and the legacy she leaves behind. May she rest in peace.

I recently walked into Hudson Grace and instantly fell in love with their signature scent – I bought the original candle on the spot. It’s now my go to hostess gift and I look forward to burning it each day. I’m in the market for a new desk for my small home office setup and am eyeing something like this. We are heading to visit some friends this weekend, should be a good time. Happy weekend, all!

Happy Friday! While it’s important to invest in art that you will have forever, I have a few frames in our home that I like to switch out the prints from time to time to keep things fresh. It’s an easy tweak that can completely change a room and Etsy has so many options. I’m heading to a Broadway show with mom this weekend which is one of my favorite past times. I have minimal cooking skills but have been enjoying trying new recipes. I handwrite the ones that we enjoy onto a recipe card and hope they will be passed down to future generations.
