A full weekend ahead! I’m heading to Brooklyn for my alma mater’s March Madness tournament game. Shortly after, we’re off to Boston to visit friends for the weekend. I love the charm of the city and always look forward to trips there. I’ve added this ice roller to my morning routine and it is my favorite way to start the day. Have a lovely weekend, all!
I’ve been wearing cardigans as tops lately and find the look to be so versatile. I switch things up with a different color undershirt or by unbuttoning the top or bottom of the cardigan. I’ve recently changed my morning routine and enjoy my coffee before the little one wakes up. Couple that with The Five Minute Journal and it is a great start to the day. We’ve been making an effort to see the Oscar nominations and I cannot say enough good things about The Holdovers. I absolutely loved it. A family member recently gifted me What Kind of Woman and I devoured it in one sitting. I am heading to the beach this weekend for some much needed sunshine and time to unplug. Happy weekend, all.

Happy weekend, all. I made Molly Baz’s Golden Get Well Soup this week, it was delicious and pretty easy. Bundling up the little one to burn some energy is a challenge, but always worth it. Today is my husband’s birthday and we are celebrating with a weekend of fun, food and football. Happy birthday, darling!
I absolutely loved this Vogue article on the Mom Uniform. It’s perfectly stated and I feel as though Hayley Bloomingdale put my thoughts into words. Leaving the house in the depths of January consists of an all black outfit, which I am more than okay with. I’m looking forward to a relaxing weekend checking out some of the movies on the Oscar prediction lists ahead of the nomination announcement next week. Happy weekend, all.
The first Friday of the new year! I gave these coupe glasses as hostess gifts several times over the holidays and they were a huge hit. I love finding pieces that can be styled many different ways, and this Khaite sweater that can be worn forwards or backwards is incredibly versatile. We had our 70+ year old hardwood floors refinished this week and they are a thing of beauty. Happy weekend, all.
Maggie Smith starring in Loewe’s Spring 2024 collection is incredible – I love an unexpected component of a campaign, and this is a good one. @ootdnewyork10 provided just the inspiration I needed for a casual holiday party this weekend. I’ll be sticking with an all black look and draping a berry colored sweater to coordinate with my favorite manicure color. I’m all about doubling up and this image by Vogue is a good reminder to coordinate colors and switch up the textures. Happy weekend, all!

Fridays in December are filled with holiday shopping, gift wrapping and fair isle sweaters. I always wrap with kraft paper (chic and cost-effective) and grosgrain ribbon, but this year I want to incorporate holiday cards as shown above.
