This Cos longline leather blazer is not my typical style, but I can’t stop thinking about it; it would look great paired with denim and a fabulous pair of shoes. My recent post on Joan Didion reminded me of her perfect ad campaign for Celine by Phoebe Philo – I can only hope I’m half as chic at her age. Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen were recently spotted stepping out in New York for a smoke break. Mary Kate tends to take more risks with her fashion choices, while Ashley sticks to neutral colors and classic silhouettes. Both of these longline coats with practical footwear give me inspiration for the season ahead. We have a few home renovation projects underway, and I can’t wait until they’re complete so I can style all of the corners with books and artwork. Hoping we get a bunch of cute trick-or-treaters this weekend, Happy Halloween!

I’m an avid reader and try to finish a book a week. Little Secrets is my favorite recent read – I couldn’t get anything done until I finished it. Season Three of Succession recently started and I can’t wait to catch up. A new coffee table is needed – I’m thinking something round with chunky legs like this one from West Elm. I’m gearing up for a beautiful three-day wedding at a charming bed and breakfast in the heart of the Hudson Valley. This event has been years in the making and it’s surreal that it’s finally here. Thanks to the unseasonably warm weather, I’ll be wearing this relaxed midi dress with my Manolo Blahnik Callamu sandals to the rehearsal dinner tonight. I’m excited to finally give the bride and groom the weekend they deserve!

We’ve been binging Ted Lasso (highly recommend) and it makes me want to visit all of the quaint little pubs in England. Ashley Olsen has been in the public eye more than usual lately and I love this look topped off with The Row Massimo backpack. I recently got a Fujifilm Instax Mini camera and I’m looking forward to taking editorial-esque photos with it a la Guy Bourdin. Have a lovely weekend, all!

After hunting for a white midi skirt, I landed on the sweatshirt skirt from Cos after living in the matching dress all summer. They’re both so comfortable and still make me feel put together. A couple sarongs are needed for our upcoming beach trip and the Divinity Scarf by Deitas fits the bill. The Beach Boys have been on heavy rotation lately, they’re the best for warm weather listening. We are heading out of town this weekend to attend a beautiful wedding on the lakes of New Hampshire. I’m a member of the bridal party and recommended this gorgeous coastal blue Vince satin slip dress. It’s universally flattering and will be a wardrobe staple for years to come. We’ve been grilling a ton lately and I love the New York Times sweet potato fries recipe for a quick and easy side dish. I picked up this $20 Uniqlo U T-Shirt Dress in multiple colors and have been living in it all summer – it’s so good. The Olympics kick off in Tokyo today and I’m looking forward to watching the United States compete.

I recently finished HBO’s Mare of Easttown and highly recommend it. Kate Winslet is an incredible actress and this photo of her wearing The Row is so good. When I started my Le Weekend series, I had no idea that Chanel carries a moisturizer with the same name – I want to try it out. Looking forward to spending a relaxing few days by the pool.
