This winter weather has been brutal; there have been several single-digit temperature days. I have this one in heavy rotation and Uniqlo’s HeatTech always receives rave reviews. Donni’s baby rib scallop pants are the most worn in my wardrobe and I bet the turtleneck is incredible.
