Uniqlo : C
I must have unsubscribed from Uniqlo’s promotional emails at some point, so thank goodness Preston notified me of this chic collaboration. Clare Waight Keller, the extremely talented designer of Givenchy and Chloe fame, is the latest to collaborate with Uniqlo and her collection launches tomorrow, September 15. Uniqlo is very selective with collections, and I’ve adored every single one: +J, Uniqlo U, JW Anderson and Ines de la Fressange, to name a few. I enjoy hearing about the design of collections just as much as I enjoy the finished product, and this interview with Clare is a good one. I’m hoping to get my hands on the soft knit high neck long-sleeve sweater.

I love everything Sofia Coppola does, wears and directs. She’s been in the press promoting Priscilla and, true to her style, kept the looks simple and chic. The cover features a dress by Toteme and jewelry by Completedworks.

Dragon Diffusion Santa Croce
I’ve followed the beautiful work of Dragon Diffusion for a few years, but couldn’t decide which style to purchase – they are all so good. The Nantucket bag is one of their best sellers, but it didn’t feel like ‘me’. I recently discovered the Santa Croce and it’s perfect, I’m hoping to add it to my wardrobe soon.

Street Style at NYFW Spring 2024
I’ve never been to New York Fashion Week, but always watch the collections and the street style from the sidelines. The chic, understated looks are my favorite – where an unknowing passerby wouldn’t know if she’s heading to a fashion show, an important client meeting or lunch with friends.

Le Weekend LXII
Heading to a casual bridal shower tomorrow – due to the heatwave I’ll be in an easy slip dress and nu pieds. These sandals are my favorite when I need a dressier flat. Sunday marks the first football Sunday of the season and my family is excited! Getting dressed lately I’ve been thinking how the Savette pochette would elevate my daily looks. Toteme Fall Winter 2023
Toteme is always a source of inspiration, and the Fall Winter 2023 campaign is no exception. I have variations of the pieces in this collection hanging in my closet and this edit provides fresh ways to style them for the upcoming season. The cinematic element of the campaign keeps things fresh and it’s nice to see the pieces in motion. The wrapped-neck knit is an interesting take on the turtleneck.

Gigi Hadid’s Recent Look
This recent look on Gigi Hadid is one that I can be found in at least once a week. My favorite white button down is a wardrobe workhorse for me and I love pairing it with relaxed pants a la Gigi. These pants by Athleta are my current favorite, but I am considering investing in High Sport. Wearing a closed toe ballet flat makes the look a bit more polished and the top handle bag is perfect.

Labor Day
I hope everyone is enjoying their Labor Day weekend. We are in the Outer Banks for our annual trip and it’s my happy place. Our friends have a beach house – I have my favorite spot on the porch, I drink my coffee out of the same mug, everything is familiar. I pack very light and just need my favorite swimsuit, a few cover ups, Havaianas and a good book. Enjoy with you and yours!
