Le Weekend XXVIII

We’ve been taking advantage of the grandparents offers to babysit and enjoying date night – it feels so good to get out. Looking forward to checking out Austin Butler as Elvis which debuts this weekend. I recently picked up this Method hand soap at Target and it’s an incredible dupe for Le Labo – I highly recommend. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

Saint Laurent Spring 2022

I typically gravitate to Saint Laurent’s advertisements due to the signature black and white photography. Al Pacino fronting the Spring 2022 campaign is perfection – the combination of the star, the suits and the sunglasses is impeccable. Check out the video here.

Ashley Olsen Birthday Dinner

It’s no secret that I’m Olsen obsessed. Since the twins rarely interact with the media, the quick glimpses caught by the paparazzi always leave me wanting more. Ashley celebrated her 36th birthday last week in distressed denim, a white tee, a black blazer and chic loafers. I was immediately inspired to try a similar look and the blazer was a perfect layer for the frigid air conditioning.

White and Black

I’ve found myself pairing white or off-white bottoms with a black top to lighten up my looks this summer. Doing so allows me to wear my black accessories without coming across too harsh in the warmer months. I recently wore this color combination for lunch with a chic family member – a Chanel executive – and we were dressed exactly the same. The ultimate compliment.

Le Weekend XXVII

A very special weekend for us – celebrating my husband’s first father’s day. I hope everyone has a lovely weekend celebrating and remembering their fathers, father figures, stepfathers, fathers-to-be and hopeful fathers. Family is everything!

Kaia Gerber at Cannes

Kaia Gerber wearing custom Celine at Cannes stopped me in my tracks. My mantra has always been less is more, but this is especially true on the red carpet. The simplicity is perfection.
