I’ve been leaving a pair of suede loafers by the front door – they go with everything from polished slacks to sweats a la Claire Rose. Tod’s are the fan favorite, but I’ve heard good things about the penny loafers from Jamie Haller and the driver loafers from Quince.

If you haven’t tried Lake Pajamas yet, I’m here to tell you that you should. I got this pair for the holidays and have worn them every day since – they are so good. I’ve converted to non-aerosol dry shampoo and couldn’t recommend it more. I finally grabbed the Dragon Diffusion Santa Croce. I’m impressed with the quality and feel as though it fits seamlessly into my wardrobe.

Not a day goes by where I don’t use Eadem’s le chouchou lip softening balm. The buildable color is great and it really lasts throughout the day. I’m making more of an effort to have fresh flowers around the house; it helps while we (not-so-patiently) await the springlike temperatures. I had the pleasure of meeting Babs Costello this week and highly recommend everyone check out her latest cookbook.
Toteme’s Garderob – wardrobe in Swedish – is a curation of pieces with a permanent place in the TOTEME wardrobe that are worn everyday and over time. Truth be told, this is one of my favorite collections ever. I turn to it for inspiration whenever I’m struggling to put an outfit together and have scrolled the looks more than I would like to admit. I tried to narrow down my favorite pieces and couldn’t – it’s so good and I want it all.

Gap has always been one of my go to’s for classic basics. I adore the Parker Posey campaign celebrating comfort and confidence. Gap’s Essentials look really good – the trench is the standout star for me, as is Parker Posey in The White Lotus.

I couldn’t tell you the last time I wore denim, and I have been living in Donni pants. I have The Baby Rib Scallop Pant (my personal favorite), The Pointelle Simple Crop Pant and The Rib Kick Flare – all of which are simply incredible. I’m petite and appreciate the fact that none of these pants needed a trip to the tailor. They are comfortable, chic and pair with just about any type of footwear.

I’m back! In exciting news, we are expecting our second baby – a girl! – in the coming months. I’m trying to take this opportunity to slow down, read more, journal more, and soak up the days of our son being our only child. This led to my site taking a backseat, but I am excited to be back. Thank you to everyone who reached out in my absence, it means more to me than you know.
I’ve started a new habit of winding down with a cup of tea out of these chunky diner mugs before bed. I made the switch to dark fall nails this week; three coats of OPI’s Malaga Wine is exactly what I was looking for. We recently binged The Perfect Couple and I highly recommend it. Happy weekend!

Maggie Smith’s recent passing led me to reflect on her impressive career and her life in photos. She was an incredible woman and can only be described as a national treasure. May she rest in peace.
