I’ve finally started The Crown – I like to watch an episode while on the treadmill with my Bala Bangles. British Vogue first published this article on Giorgio Armani in December 2019 and I keep finding myself coming back to it; he is such an inspiration to live life in a way that is “natural, sophisticated, timeless”. Admittedly, I don’t know much about Halston, except for how he tragically lost his life. I never head to the beach without my trusty L.L. Bean Boat and Tote, but have been considering an elevated option for my upcoming summer vacations. It will take the same airplanes and will be squashed in the same way and will be used as a cushion in the airports.” This perspective has stuck with me over the years; we should strive to use our luxury items in our day-to-day lives while keeping them well-maintained so that they last a lifetime. What’s the point of spending a pretty penny on a designer handbag only for it to sit in the closet and never see the light of day? The Kelly shown above depicts my mindset perfectly. Life has flaws, and so should our bags.
